Cardiophobia, disorientation, heart palpitation ?

Hi, it's 12:48 a.m. in my timezone, I can't sleep as I have insomnia and now I'm enduring a panic attack. My symptoms are listed on the title, additionally I have a history of panic disorders, I didn't know what to do, so I thought I should ventilate this on this thread.

Hi Chris, you are definitely not alone with this one. It's good you are trying to distract yourself. Just remember to do the slow breathing, try and calm yourself as well (i know, easier said then done). I find the games on this site a good way to take my mind off my anxiety. As scary as it is, you will get through this. Take care :bighug1:
