It may sound stupid but this video certainly helped me rationalise such fears of mine

Was talking to a friend yesterday who isn't a hypochondriac or the like but was moaning cos he has bad heartburn and he said anytime he googled it he got "cancer" etc. - then he said it was like a sketch he once saw that summed it up and he'd send me the link when he got home. Honestly I could've kissed him for sending me it:roflmao:

It's genuinely made me see it in a funny way and knowing that's how many people see it has made it seem way more irrational.

I agree with you ZMan, and obviously the people who wrote the sketch are aware that this is goes on with people like us too, which definately puts it into perspective. Thanks for sharing it :D
