I walked into the door frame- will it do any damage?

Ok this might be a stupid question but im worrying.
I walked into the door frame (duh) not sure how it happened but I smacked the side of my head on the wood quite hard...
I dont have a headache or anything but now Im stressing it'll cause a bleed on the brain or something :(
whats the likelihood of this happening?

If a headache developes, take some painkillers. Its highly unlikely youve done any permanent damage to yourself, rest up today. Put a cold compress on it, and try to relax. Love P x
