please help: I have had a really hard time with my anxiety the last few weeks but feel a bit better today but feel like i am keeping at bay!
My friend mentioned that she thought i was a bit better but that i was talking ten to the dozen, and then when i asked my husband for reassurance he said that sometimes when i am feeling abit better i talk a little quicker than normal! NOw I am so worried! is it bipolar etc .
I just know that when i have a better day that i can talk without the horrid feeling of not being able to string words together and do things like housework without the feeling of walking through treacle. Does anyone else know what i am saying??
