Just wanted to say a quick thank you to Nic, Alex and all the admins & mods who keep NMP running smoothly. I've not felt the need to use the site much recently, but it's a great comfort to know it's here for when I do. I wouldn't have made as much progress, and as many friends, without it.

Hope you all have a great Christmas (for those who celebrate it) and a progressive and healthy new year.

I totally agree. I know for many people including myself that this site is such a big help. Just knowing it is here really helps me. It is the only place I know where I can turn to and know others will understand.

I to would like to thank you all,Im not here much now, I am much better.Im comeing down on my meds and Im feeling positive at the moment.Haven't had a panic attack in 3 years now,but I do still get anxious.

I would also like to thank friends here for all there support over the years,and to the friends that have sadly passed away since I joined here.
