the normal dose for propanalol is 80 mg 3 times daily ashley no wonder ur not getting any help from them

they reduce ur BP ur pulse rate which reduces ur adrenalin output therby making u less anxious

I think it depends on each person as to what the dosage should be.

Im only on 10mg 3 times a day and they have helped me no end.

Very true TB. They are being used to take the edge off and slow the system slightly rather than treat a problem with blood pressure etc.

Ashley, don't alter your dosage without consulting your GP.
