feeling pretty weird! got this strange pressure on the bridge on my nose and my head feels weird and tense!!! neck back ache too feel like am gonna pass out!!!!

I get this with my anxiety I get the pressure in my head and roof of my mouth and nose freaks me out feel like my head is heavy , I had little panic attacks all say yestaday with it it seems to sound like anxiety .

Yes just keep calm hear me I can't keep calm myself I no it's hard but we must try x

Lajj, give it 24 hours and it will go. These little funny pains and things are common with anxiety and yes they are horrid! Its impossible to tell what they are but it will disappear and you will forgeta about it soon enough.
