Hello everyone,
Its been a long time since I have been on here, I have been on my meds and feel a lot better, the reason I am writing is because I have a vibrating sensation in my right ear its really strange, it comes and goes, my ear is a little achey inside I have had a slight cold I have a headache and feel a bit rubbishy do you think this is all connected, I think all my symptoms are real but I can never be to sure as I have had anxiety for so long although it has got better.
Its strange but I cant seem to trust myself when it comes to being ill and anxiety because I have had so many "symptoms" that have just turned out to be anxiety I cant be 100% sure.
Just a little advice would be great thank you!!
