2 - Cardiophobia
3 - Brain tumor
4 - Brain cells burning
5 - Brain leaking
6 - Seizure
7 - Stroke
8 - Asthma
9 - Cancer
10 - Vehicle accident/plane crash/sudden collapse
11 - What if the doctors are wrong ?

That I will always feel like this.


But I am reading Mindfulness Books and working on my positivity, I know that thinking self destructive thoughts do not help me and thinking positively really does work wonders!

Wow that's a long list - I'm really sorry that u have 2 live with these fears everyday - r u seeing a therapist or anyone 2 discuss ur fears with?

My daily fears r taking a panic attack in public and everyone staring at me, getting trapped somewhere, like being on a train and it breaking down and no1 being able 2 get off, or get on 2 help me - that type of thing! Not fun :(

1. Heart problem.
2. Brain problem.
3. My other half being in a car accident.
4. Having an accident myself (I've pretty much stopped driving though).
5. A terrorist attack.
6. A plane crashing into my house/university/workplace while I'm there.
7. An allergic reaction.
8. Something happening to my family.
9. Losing my teeth or hair suddenly and without warning.
10. Having a panic attack in a public place.

fear of love and comppasion disappearing.
