hi i plucked up courage to see doc tonight. was a nice young female gp.
i have been anxious,feeling sick, heart constantly racing with fear. i tried to calm myself down whilst waiting but heart just kept rcing.
when i went in she said she could tell straight away i was anxious, she said she can see its a problem. She said she can see im scared, and scared of alot of things.
she said i am on waiting list for councelling again which should help with relaxation. i have had before.
i told her i dont want to be like i was few yrs ago as have had severe depression and pnd etc.
she said she wouldnt give me effexor which is what i had before but citrilam? cant spell it
dont know why?
she was really nice, said my pulse is fast but its becasue im panicking, she took bp and listened., she said she can assure me i wont die of heart attack. she said she never tells people that.
she knows its anxiety. she said iron,hormones is poitless testing as its anxiety. she will check thyroid aagin though as had checked last yr but still do.
i am gonna buy my own bach remedies as found these realygot me through bad patch.
i feel so much better. she offered ecg but said she thinks it will be normal and might only make me worse to have it! i am not having it. thanks allxx
