Hi guys, I have had panic attacks before where I felt terrified and light headed / weak, but tonight I had bad dizziness, felt I might pass out and a feeling of sheer terror - does this also constitute a panic attack? It lasted about 5 min or so. I have packed a bag in case I need to run out quickly
