Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone else gets this and what might cause it. Some mornings I wake up with a blocked nose. I've had a cold for a week but it happened quite a few times before. When I blow my nose in the morning there are what looks like blood clots in what comes out or traces of blood. I dont suffer from nose bleeds and haven't had any so really not sure what is causing this.

Does anyone else experience this and know what it might be. Is it something to worry about? Please reply.

Happens to me quite a bit. Can't say I know why but I;m sure it's nothing to worry about x

Try changing your pillow cases, or try those anti-allergy ones.
I get it too, I think it's from dust and such in my room, also the cold weather doesn't help much.
if it's just a bit of blood you've nothing to worry about, It can happen from blowing your nose too hard or just in general.

I get this too and its so annoying, the blood sounds like you might have broken a small blood vessel when blowing nose - quite common.
