I would love a pen pal of any age, gender and location. I have had anxiety disorder for 11 years, but only had the physical manifestations since January 06, e.g. dizzy, depersoanlised, numb arms & legs, full blown panic attack etc. Had a vile year in 2005, so this must be why [B)] Actually feel worse indoors, gets bit better when I'm out or among people.

I am a 30 year old single mum, and am a university student. My interests include opera and grunge music, reading, church, travelling, cats, cooking, films and tv. I am also a born again Christian, but dont worry, I dont force it on people :)

Hi Farr! i am writing in relation to your penpal details on 'nomorepanc.com'; i am also looking to chat with people who are going through similar issues. I am a 39 year old male - i have had social phobia most of my life - only recently i decided to confront it which has led me to sites like this.

Like yourself, i am a student; i am studying Theology and religion at the University of Glasgow. I am also involved with my church - i am a Roman Catholic - like your good self, i do not believe in forcing my views - i mostly sing and play the guitar (badly) in church.
