Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm nearly 28 and have been suffering from panic attacks and anxiety for about 10 years now. Got so bad that was prescribed Prozac and have been taking it ever since. Does help but I still get bad days. I am still living with my parents and am very attached. It is my 'safe house'. However, due to move out but have been putting it off and putting it off because it is causing me so much anxiety. I stopped at my new house with my partner for the weekend and ended up having a panic attack! This cannot be normal? I am so scared now of moving incase of more panic attacks. I feel awful and found this site hopefully to meet people who understand. I think I am going crazy and don't know what to do.
