hi does anyone with ibs get bloating just down one side the pain is bad it hurts from under my left ribs right to my groin as soon as i eat or drink anything its as if im being inflated with a bicycle pump and it feel like its pushing the botttom of my ribs out on the left and side and nothing takes it off it even hurts in my back on that side as well
