Hi Friends,

I just wanted to say that since joining NMP I have come into contact with such lovely people, been reassured and helped so much, and felt truly supported and at home for the first time with all of my mental health 'foibles'. When I feel isolated and alone with my thoughts and feelings, and when I cannot let things out at home to anyone, I am so comforted that there are people I can turn to here.

NMP is a real light in the darkness for so many of us.

Thanks to Nic and all the mods here for your hard work and support as well. You are true stars, and wishing everyone here a Happy Xmas and a healthy, prosperous, WELL New Year.
