I havent had this in ages and today its manic. I cant stop trying to get that deep breath and constantly yawning. Apart from driving me crazy and wearing me out, im absolutely furious its come on me today:mad::mad::mad:

Try going for a walk or doing something that will get you out of breath, it works for me.

Hi there, I do feel a bit better today. That was soooo annoying.
I didnt want to go walking on xmas day, I want to be home with my family. Plus its so icey you can guarantee id be on the floor more than on my feet:scared15:
