I have just been surfing for answers as usual, and I came upon pages of sites with Grounding exercises. I have tried some of them and I feel realy relaxed. I am not good with emotions so I carry them around in my neck and shoulders, this usually building up in to hyperventilation and then a panic attack. Well some of these exercises have helped and I will definitely be using them every day from now on!

sorry been off line all day. the site was www.addcoach4u.com/acureforworrying.html. If you just type in body grounding exercises on your search engine it will throw up loads of them. I know its not a cure but it gives a bit of relief.

Hope you all gain something from them.

Maxine

The one I try and do is sitting on a chair and imagining your feet have roots extending through the floor and down into the ground below - this is very anchoring!!! Bit more to it than that and done properly is very relaxing.

Love Piglet x

"Supposing a tree fell down, Pooh, when we were underneath it?" said Piglet.
"Supposing it didn't," said Pooh after careful thought.
