Xmas - I have survived!!

Just to say I have survived!!! I am baa humbug at xmas because of the anxiety.

But my life for the last 18 months has been a nightmare, elderly and sick parents, OH's kids who have been poisoned against me and there have been times when I didn't think me and OH would make it to Xmas!!!

However, with the help of the sertraline and a great GP, I have cooked a yummy xmas dinner, looked after the oldies, entertained and fed the stroppy kids who don't know whether they are allowed to be nice or not (poisonous mother!) Yes I have had the odd wobble but on the whole I have coped much much better than I thought I would. I honestly didn't think I would get through the last 10 days!!!

So for now I am a smiley Ditzy and hoping you have survived tooxxxx

Awwwww well dun u.!i too have managed xmas with no panic.apart from my kids bein ill.its s great feelin isnt it!herez hopin it lasts. :D xxxxxx
