nervous twitches

does anyone else suffer with muscle twitches - ive been really anxious for the past few days now im starting to notice twitched in my side legs and arms

Yea! Unfortunatley my main one seems to be in my neck. I've had it my whole life. I get really anxious if I have to talk infront of a crowd or something and sometimes my neck just twitches so my head moves a bit! Very embarassing, especially in the school and college days! :blush:

Since my health anxiety I get twitches in my legs quite a lot and my arms too. I guess it's cuz of the permanent state of anxiety. xx

I get a twitch in my eye occasionally and also have noticed it down my arm at times!!! Horrible!!!

Yes.i get them terrible in my face.normally me eyes and mouth.there awful.
