I just wndered if anyone else gets a feeling in there hands like they have been nettled!it feels like i have shoved my whole hand in nettles.it cums on really quick.even wen i dont feel that anxious!

Hiya, this is a common anxiety symptom. Try going into search and typing "tingling" or "pins and needles", you will get loads of posts talking about it. Unfortunately, it often kicks in when we feel calm, as if our adrenaline doesnt know how/when to stop. It wont hurt you xxx

Thank u.i am havin abit of health anxiety today.convinced myself this morning i had a blood clot so thats probably set me off.but i do feel rather calm!very strange isnt it!xxx

and make sure yr not sat at comp desk or table with elbows permanently on table...it aggrevates yr funny bone...leaving then tingly for days...i also get this... :)

The posh name is paresthesia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paresthesia) I had it for a brief while a few weeks ago.

Hi .. i get this all the way up my arms but usually stronger in the left arm
been getting it for around 9 mths now but just got diagnosed with panick attack this morning ... i cant tell u what a shock it has been i feel drained with all the tests to get to this result .. any advice on how to fight theses attacks naturally ... i would really appreciate it :scared15::scared15:

Mine come and go, but mine is more like ice cold water being sprinkled over me. In fact a few min ago I had them. It's been a long time since I had them and all of a sudden they came back...
