Short stabbing headache pain please help

Basically I've been ill or not 100% for the past couple of weeks due to illness, starting to get better now which is good.

However, today 3 times now I've had quick sudden episodes almost feeling a stabbing like pain in the left side of my head which only lasts seconds at the longest, it goes away as if nothings happened but it has shook me up badly as I've never had anything like this before. Also I do feel a slight but only slight migrane like symtpoms as well, or that may be sinus related headache.

Anyone know what it could be ?

I think tiredness and recovering from being not too well has somewhat a part to play.

Ive had these for as long as I can remember. Feels like a knife - really sudden and sharp pain which lasts anything up to a minute on and off.
