cant concertrate - minds blank

hi all,

the last few days ive really noticed im unable to focus or concentrate on anything i just seem to be drifting about, went into a supermarket earlier and i couldn't even read the product information just found myself staring at it things like watching tv just doesn't feel the same its as though im not taking it in and i find it really hard to focus my eyes on anything without a massive effort just wondering if anyone else has found this

Yes! And it's really annoying! Where I work I have deadlines throughout the day and if you can't take anything in it's REALLY stressful.
