I was just wondered if anyone has tried any homeopathic remedies to help with there anxiety symptoms.i have been offered something callsad tarantula tablets to help with the ectopic hearbeats and hit flushez and mood swings but im abit dubious.any help on this would b greatly appreciated xxx

Hiya, my mate uses homeopathic stuff for her anxiety (she works in holland and barrett), but you can only use this type of treatment if you are not taking other medication, due to interactions and possible side effects. If I were you, Id ask your chemist/gp about this. Anything we put in our bodies "natural" or not, has an effect. Check it out first x
