Scary strange felling!

Is anyone online im in a bad state need someone to talk to...Im scared my hearts failing or my lungs are shuting down im geting a funy felling of breathlessnes..its really scary i think i have a medical condition!

Just remember....... you have an anxiety problem and this is the cause...... nothing wrong with your heart or lungs!! If you don't believe me, go for a brisk walk and you'll find if anything, you're feeling better!!..... certainly not worse.

Thanks mate....its strange though? My health anx kind of just pops up now and agian i havent had these problems for months so weird.
