stabbing pain in neck.

Just wondered if anyone else gets stabbing pains in there neck front and back!is this just muscle tension!

Phew thanks hun.just got theze stabbin pains really quickly then at the front of my neck.thats probably y i get so many stabbin pains in my head then.guess i neec a massage lol xxN

Sounds familiar mate....all muscular. I get my boyf to rub it and then put some ibuprofen gel on to make sure it doesn't bruise. xx
