vibration feelings!

i have been struggling most of this wk with anxiety, but got up today and it felt much better :ohmy: spoke too soon... my neighbour has decided to hammer his kitchen ceiling down, ever since the banging started i have had like shaky, vibrating sensations through my body and i cant seem to relax at all now :weep: i feel so on edge! does anyone else feel this weird feeling?

ive had similar feelings but i believe its down to tension and anxiety.

Yea I had this last night! I was all panicky cuz of a missed beat then for hours afterwards any noise no matter how small made me have this weird vibraty/rushy thing in my chest. All jumpy and on edge! I used to get it all the time, I forgot how awful it is! x
