Hope to see GP Friday... Felt really rough this afternoon...discomfort in liver area quite noticeable, feeling nauseous and now I have a headache.. Am back at work tomorrow and thurs so I won't get to doctors till Friday
Tried to talk to my mum about it .. She thinks it's from straining myself the other week with the shopping and days if I'm not careful I'll be at the Docs every time and I shouldn't waste my time thinking about it
I feel like I've had a really heavy night out, headache and sick and am afraid to take anything in case it us my liver struggling
I'm not yellow but I felt really itchy this morning and now the nausea... I'm really scared

That does sound quite typical of anxiety, its really draining on the body and it needs time to refresh itself. However you are seeing your GP on Friday so should be able to give you reassurance.

I'm truly hoping that's all it is.. Feeling very anxious and tense in general this morning and very itchy

Managed to get an appt for 8 30 friday..wish me luck!!
