could be a sinus problem or tension headaches or you are clenching your teeth so the jaw is tense
Sounds like anxiety headaches/sinus to me and exactly what Nicola said about the teeth and clenching.

Hi everyone,
It may be Tension type headache. Tension type headache mainly happens in your temples, forehead or the back of your head and/or neck.
Alterations in sleep patterns if your headaches are interconnected to anxiety, then you might have nuisance falling asleep or you may bear from insomnia. If your headaches are linked with depression, then you may awaken regularly during the night, awaken before you required to in the morning, or you may be sleeping deeply (hypersomnia).
Here are main headache types:
01. Migraine
02. Hormone
03. Tension-Type
04. Rebound Headache
05. Cluster
Have a stress free day!
