Does anyone have trouble opening up to other people?
Im fed up disguising who i am and what im feeling.
I feel i have more in common to members of this site than most people i know. Probably because i can admit i have agrophobia and panic attacks and if you have those feelings you will know that most of the time you go about the daily routine tighter wrapped than an elephant in a wetsuit!

This site is great but Ive been toying with the idea of starting up a support group in my area has anyone any ideas or advice?

thanks

Clickaway is your man who can advise on these things

Love the elephant analagy -chortle

Yes, most of us have had trouble admitting our issues . I admitted to an A list of collagues and friends etc but hid it from a B list of unhelpfuls and I'm glad I did.

After the event talking in hindsight was very revealing
