My friend want to reduce weight....... Desperately........

One of my Friend, Her name is Mario. She is 25yrs old..... she want to reduce her weight. Now her weight is 95 KG i.e. 165 LBS. and height is 5.5 Inch. she is from California.
she has read an article of B12 injections.
She is not sure that will work or not..... Please suggest some injection weight loss drugs or medicine, as she need to reduce as soon as possible. You can suggest some Doctor where she can consult.....

The only safe way to lose weight is restricted eating and exercise. Forget all these injections and drugs etc.

I've just read teh posts that Mac has made, you are right, in one he is a 30 year old man and in another he is a woman who has just had twins.
