chest pain

Just a quickie otherwise I'm never going to sleep tonight, I've got a sore chest - in between my breasts but more like on the side of them. It hurts too touch - I mean really hurts, as if they are bruised, but I'm just not sure... I'm worried more because after walking really fast earlier I landed up dizzy and breathless so Im thinking the worst.. Just needing reassurance that I'm alright really! xxx thanks x

Do u know what I have exactly the same things right know get it on and off all the time i think with Anx we tend to tighten up our muscle without realising as we always feel stressed just try to relax hun sleep will help xxxx

I have this too more over the left side tho. If it was heart related I guess it wouldn't hurt to touch or press on it. So I'm thinking muscular x
