Rapid heartbeat and muscles

Does anybody get a rapidly fast heart beat and also has anybody had there face muscles tighten up all day? Like my head feels stiff in places maybe as I get alot of tension on my head? :blush:

Yes Phil, it scared the wits outta me because I thought I was having a stroke but it was due to anxiety and the more I got worked up the worse it felt - It causes a hell of a lot of wierd symptons this anxiety, I wish there was a simple cure to be free of it!

Thanks I'm having a bad day obsessed with my heart too..I feel so off balance and dizzy ..my chest is so strained and sore..

I want to try and go a walk or something but I feel I'm dying. Anybody else had this kind of chest pain?
