How to treat anxiety-related heat rash on chest ?

I get it when I exercise but it certainly isn't a pleasant look on myself. My echocardiographic report says that my heart is fine apart from trivial mitral and tricuspid incompetence. Don't know what this means, whether it's related to the heat rash or not. Help!

Hi. Heat rash probably won't have anything to do with your heart and in the report you cited there I would focus on the word trivial :)

How do you know the heat rash is anxiety related? How do you know it's heat rash, even, is it like hives?

If it happens only when you exercise or become too hot and is definitely heat rash, you can try antihistamines.

If it's hives and happens out of the blue it can be a reaction to stress or it could be an allergy to a detergent if you've changed them recently. If you're not totally sure it's heat rash or hives go to a doctor to have it checked out.

Hives from stress will go when you learn to cope with the stress. :D
