sick of this now how do we get rid of anxiety

I have had this on and off for 20 years.
There is an answer out there for getting rid of it.

Hi,i think everyone would like to know the answer to this question..i also have had anxiety for over 20 years and tried many different things...there are alot of people on here with suggestions to help...i really hope you find some good advice from this site...it has helped me so much x

There is no one answer for everyone I am afraid - we are all different and we have to find our own individual cure.

if there was a magic cure or a magic pill....i would have found it as i feel like i have searched endlessly. i have found many helpfull things and yet i have anxiety every single day.
