I was reading the symptoms article which mentions thought stopping and thought swopping. I wondered if you had any more advice on the best ways to do this on the site?

When you get a bad thought you swap it with a good one and stop the negative mind chatter too.

Thanks for replying Nicola. I think just more in depth advice really; ways to stop thoughts ect. Everybody tells me my problems stem from an overactive mind, thinking too much. But I haven't the skills to help with this.

Cathy - have you been offered any CBT ?

I've had group cbt and private phone cbt and private cbt in my home! I don't know what I'm doing wrong! Some say I get massive payoffs to stay in worry and anxiety. But I know I can help myself and am still trying!
I'll read what you suggest, thanks.
