lastnight i had a niggly chest ache that brought on a panic attack, dont know why as i know for a fact ive got nothing wrong with my heart due to having tonnes of normal ecg's, 24 hr holter which was normal and also a Echcardiogram (heart scan) which again was normal.
Anyway, the panic attack seemed to last alot longer than any ive previously had...it went on for about 2 hours... I kept trying to correct my breathing and i eventually did it but kept getting the feeling something was inside my chest that was stopping me from breathing properly... so my attack just escalated..
I looked down at my hands and noticed that my hands were REALLY grey. almost with a dark green tinge to them! not rly so much on my hand, but more on top of my fingers!! i knew parts of them were definitely grey, as the bit around my nail was normal (pinky red) and so was my palms and knuckles... and i compared them to my boyfriends and his were nor grey.
What causes this?? is this normal???
