Hi

I get exactly the same headaches as you. They are stress headache's, thats what the 3 different docs i have seen have told me. I have had tests and they are just stress headaches. I find neurfen (sp?) for tension headaches are the only thing that help.

Thanks

I think most people on here have suffered with the type of headaches you describe. I've had them last for days. Painkillers will help.

Hi,
Ive been there, they are definately stress related. A brain tumour does not present with the symptoms you have described and neither does a blood clot. I know because i had exactly the same symptoms and concerns and went to see my GP who assured me that they were stress related and nothing more serious.
Hope that reassures you.

i get tension headaches alot and know that they are a sure sign that anxiety is present. have you ever read claire weekes books about the symptoms of nervous tension, it often mentions the constant tight band around the head

just another great symptom.lol you are not alone

To me how you explain how you feel it is due to stress i have had the headaches like you have and the stiffness in the neck and shoulders and it is due to us being so tense about how we are feeling.

We are all here to help and support you through this.

Love Sal xx

Syndol tablets used to get rid of my headaches within seconda, but they made my white blood count low, so I'm just telling you in case you try them and start panicking if your blood count drops, as I did xx
