Hi im Sarah, a newbie

Hello, im sarah, i have been suffering with anxiety attacks and IBS for the past year which over the past few months has left me with depression and a fear of leaving my house. Started my medication today (convinced myself the pills would kill me when the doctor first prescribed them :weep: ) so finally took my first one this morning, new year new start! am hopeful to beat it all this year
