Hi to all, ive been doing really well over the past 6 weeks so havent been on here but i came down with virus/flu thing xmas day & anxiety has started a little im trying to tell myself its because im feeling rubbish but i can bearly keep my eyes open & they are feeling heavy constantly please can somebody tell me this is part of the virus i dont want to feel im going backwards.:)
