Hiya all, I suffer from Socia Anxiety, have done all my life really, i'm 40ish and have no friends, tell a lie I have one really good friend but she lives over 120 miles away so don't see her very often. Don't know how to make friends, even online on places like facebook I find it hard trying to make conversation and tend to make my excuses and go cuz I feel as if i'm talking rubbish. I woud love to go out and sociaise with people even though It terrifies me. Did a two week course two years back with a group of 12... Was the worst time of my life ever! but I stuck it out except for the last day when they had a mini party. I must sound mad!!!! Lack of confidence I know.
