I get this, I feel like I am having a hot flush just on my cheeks.

all the time thats the worst for me. if i go into a bar shop etc and its warm i have to take my jacket off and jumper (only if theres something underneath lol) incase i panic or pass out. YOUR NOT ALONE x

Yep - my ears burn too which can be quite uncomfortable!!
