I just wanted to thank each of you for being here and sharing your lives.

As my GAD/panic disorder/depression has continued to improve, I forget to come back here and participate the way I should. Yet, when things get rough (like today), this forum is a haven, a sanctuary, where I know I can come and people will understand.

So even if I'm not around much, please know that what you are doing here means a lot to so many people, including me. Hugs for each of you! :yesyes: :hugs:
