hey all :blush:
i'm twenty years old, and for the past year or so have become very anxious. my worries are almost always health-related, to the point that even the tiniest change in my body scares me... browsing through the rest of the site i've seen that other people on here seem to have the same problem, so i'm hopeful that i'll be able to find like-minded people, and that i'll be able to overcome this anxiety issue
