odd vision any tips

Hi ive had flu/virus thing since xmas day & struggling to keep anxiety at bay as ive been doing well, but anxiety has been creeping back over the past week & i now dont seem to be able to focus on any one thing at a time & my eyes feel heavy has anyone got any helpful tips or advice on this.

menthol chystals in a bowl of hot water.. put your head over the bowl and breath the vapour. It's relly good for clearing heavy heads, sinuses etc that come with a cold (all of which make your eyes ache)
