Hi Carly,
I'm Michelle. I'm 41, married with 3 children. I have had anxiety on and off for around 2 - 3 years. My anxiety stemmed from a serious illness. I sort of diagnosed myself. I have GAD, some social anxiety and health anxiety. I work part time...been off sick for a while due to anxiety,,,,due back on Wednesday.
Do you work, or at uni? I've just started medication......let me know how you are and what you struggle with, we can support each other :D
