Uva Ursi - Urinary Issues

Has anyone tried this for urinary issues?

I've seen it recommended but never tried it Diva. I'm currently giving d-mannose a go and am symptom free at the moment but can't say if it's down to that or to the two courses of antibiotics x

I tried that but it didn't work for me - I have been looking into PFD (the type where the muscles are too tight and made worse by anxiety/stress) and the symptoms seem to exactly match mine!

Am trying the muscle relaxing exercises and after two days the symptoms seem much better!

I've also been taking Uva Ursi so it may be this??? Apparently it soothes the bladder?

Anything's worth a try!

Glad something seems to be working for you, Diva (whichever it is) - very interesting. I think I'll give the uva ursi a go if my symptoms return xx
