Yorkshire anxiety sufferer here

Hello. I'm 41 and live in Castleford, Yorkshire. I've suffered from anxiety and depression since been a child. I find it really hard to get out into social situations and just as hard to talk to anyone about my problems and about the way I feel. Sometimes I feel I'm going nowhere and there's no one to talk to about it. Would be nice to hear from anyone who is in a similar position and how they cope with the ups and downs anxiety and depression throw at us on a daily basis.
