Hi just wondering if anyone has sucessfully weaned themselves off mirtazipine, and if so how did you do and how were you? I have been on it for 3 years now and my psychiatrist told me to go cold turkey, not sure if I can do it that way. I know when I have reduced my dose to 15mg daily that makes me very tired. would love to hear from anyone
