Inositol instead of Citalopram ?

Anyone had experience with Inositol as I'm really scared of going on Citalopram and thinking of giving Inositol a go first ???:weep:

I have recently started taking inositol (I amd already on citalopram!) ... I haven't really noticed much yet but then again I have been in a state of high anxiety since early Jan when I had a big panic attack.
Have you heard of PsychoPoet? He's very popular on here and he has written about Inositol. I found it by just googling 'PsychoPoet Inositol.
He has also written a guide to Citalopram.

Hi. I tried inositol and it didnt work for me. However, other people have said that it is good. Although I havent been on it myself, I know a few people (two close family members) who are taking citalopram and it has worked wonders for them. One in particular was very low and now she is like a different person, back to how she was before. You could always try inositol and see how you get on and if not there is always the option of citalopram. Good luck to you. Hope everything turns out ok.
